WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We ship from our studio in Chicago, IL.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will ship within 3–5 business days of being placed. Pre-orders will ship within 2–3 days of the stated availability date.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic orders will arrive 3–5 business days after you receive tracking information. Due to COVID-19, many of our carriers are experiencing delays to their standard transit time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not at this time but we hope to ship internationally soon.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our business. 

CAN YOU HELP WITH A LOST PACKAGE?

If your package is lost, please email us at marybeth@withritual.com so we can assist with connecting you to the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our objects, With/RItual. does not accept returns. We want you to feel confident in our products prior to placing your order — we are here to answer any questions you may have. 

If your order arrived damaged, we would be pleased to assist you in replacing your product. In order to place a claim with the shipping carrier, we require images of the damaged product as well as images of the damaged box and mycelium packaging, both interior and exterior.
